With vast experience of owning, managing and supporting SME’s in a number of sectors including Manufacturing, Construction, Leisure, Media & Digital, Training, Recruitment and Professional Services, along with being MBA qualified, he understands the challenges owners and managers face running their businesses.

Richard has worked with many prestigious brands including De Vere Hotels & Marriott Hotels, AMEC & Carillion, Vodafone & O2. During which time he has developed a wide range of skills from Business Development to Financial Management, and enjoys sharing his skills and experience in order to make a positive difference to his SME clients.
